The role

If you are detail-oriented organized and people-focused, join our team as a Sales Back Office / Customer Care Specialist. You’ll become the connection point between clients, sales, logistics and production, helping to ensure a fast, efficient and professional service.

Your responsibility

  •  Managing orders, quotes and samples 
  •  Customer communication and sales support
  •  Coordination with production in Turkey
  • Delivery tracking and complaint management
  • Issuing invoices, managing outstanding payments and maintaining sales records

Your profile

  • Excellent command of English and a second European language
  • Precision, empathy and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility, proactiveness and stress management
  • Strong communication and listening abilities
