The role
If you are detail-oriented organized and people-focused, join our team as a Sales Back Office / Customer Care Specialist. You’ll become the connection point between clients, sales, logistics and production, helping to ensure a fast, efficient and professional service.
Your responsibility
- Managing orders, quotes and samples
- Customer communication and sales support
- Coordination with production in Turkey
- Delivery tracking and complaint management
- Issuing invoices, managing outstanding payments and maintaining sales records
Your profile
- Excellent command of English and a second European language
